4.7. OPERATING MODE

The GARDENIA-PRIMULA-ORCHIDEA-MARGHERITA stoves have

the following operating mode:

4.7.1. Setting room temperature (Knob B)

By using command B it is possible to set the desired temperature for

the room in which the stove is installed from a minimum of 15°C to a

maximum of 30°C.

When such condition is obtained the stove goes into a status

corresponding to the minim values of consumption (flam and hot air fan

speed at minimum, see following points), to then return to the set

values when the room temperature drops below the set threshold.

4.7.2. Setting the flame power (Knob C)

Using command C the flame power is set from a minimum of 1 to a

maximum of 5.

The levels of power correspond to a different fuel consumption value:

by setting 5 the room will be heated in less time, setting 1 the room

temperature will be maintained for a longer period of time.

The flame power setting is only effective after

ignition and therefore in full working order.

4.7.3. Setting the hot air fan speed (Knob A)

Using command A the hot air fan speed can be regulated.

The fan starts to work when the stove has reached a

default (factory setting) temperature value.

When shutting down, the speed is automatically set

to the maximum to cool the stove more quickly.

4.7.4. Note on first ignition

The first attempt at ignition may not be successful,

since the feeder screw is empty and it is not always

able to fill the grate with required amount of pellets

in time to ensure normal ignition

CANCEL THE CONDITION OF ALARM FOR FAILED

IGNITION BY PRESSING KEY D FOR A FEW SECONDS

(see section 4.17). REMOVE THE PELLET LEFT IN THE

BURNER AND REPEAT IGNITION

After repeated attempts at lighting, if there is no flame even though

pellets are flowing normally, check that the grate is correctly

positioned. It must be placed where it adheres perfectly to its

housing and free of any ash incrustations. If after this check no
